Child Safety Policy

Our APP maintains a zero tolerance policy towards any abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization of children.

Any user who fails to comply with Our APP's policies protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) will face removal from Our APP and may be subject to action by law enforcement authorities.
Relevant Policies
1. Age Restriction

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Our APP.

  • Any attempt to forge an age on the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or deletion of the account.

  1. Our APP uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as child sexual exploitation and abuse ("CSEA").
    3、Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.

4. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to the following
4.1 Sexualization of minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

  • Sharing, creating or distributing content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation.

  • Content involving minor homosexual or pederastic interests is prohibited, such as discussions, theatrical performances or wearing of sexually oriented costumes.

  • Any form of depiction of child nudity or sexualization, including artistic expressions such as painting or animation.
4.2. Harmful or dangerous acts involving minors

  • Threats, encouragement or physical violence against minors.

  • Mental abuse, coercion or indulgence of minors.

  • Description or encouragement of dangerous activities involving minors.

  • Promote or describe the neglect or sale of minors.
4.3 Minors appear on the platform

  • Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live streams, videos or any other form of content.

  • Create or manage accounts on behalf of minors.

  • Trying to forge an age to access the platform.
5. Reporting mechanism
1. Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Centre for Missing and Child Abuse (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
2. Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us via rossimaurizio1111@gmail.com.
6. Prohibit users
Users who have been convicted of crimes against children (including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect or trafficking) are strictly prohibited from using Our APP.
7. Implementation and transparency
Law enforcement measures

  • Any breach of the child safety policy will result in an immediate penalty on the account.

  • Depending on the severity of the violation, Our APP may cooperate with law enforcement in an investigation.
User education
We educate users on child safety in the following ways:

  • Children's safety policies on our platform.

  • Tips and reminders during content creation and sharing to avoid risk situations.
