If you do not understand or agree to the service terms contained in this Agreement, you should uninstall or refrain from using the services provided by Chahat. If you begin using the App, including registering an account or utilizing related features and services, it will be deemed that you have received, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms, and you will become a party bound by this Agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, do not use Chahat. If you are under 18 years old, you may not download or use our services. The App is only available to individuals with full civil capacity. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under 18. If you access or use the App by misrepresenting your age, you and your guardians shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities under applicable laws and regulations; Chahat shall be exempt from legal consequences.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that promotes or facilitates CSAE — including sharing, creating, or soliciting abusive material involving minors — is strictly prohibited. We employ a combination of automated and manual review systems to detect and remove such content promptly. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity via our dedicated reporting mechanism, and we will take immediate action, which may include account suspension or termination.

Our commitment also extends to educating our community about the dangers of CSAE and promoting online safety for children. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to child protection and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities to investigate CSAE cases. Protecting the privacy and safety of our users, especially minors, is critical, and we do not tolerate the misuse of personal data for exploitative purposes.

If you misuse our services or act in ways we deem inappropriate or illegal, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, and/or terminate your account, including actions or communications that occur outside the service but involve users you met through the service. Below is a partial list of activities you must not engage in while using the service:

• Soliciting money from any user.

• Harming, stalking, or otherwise harassing others.

• Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity (including pretending to be a minor if you are not).

• Uploading or transmitting any content you do not have the right to provide or that infringes any party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, or other proprietary rights.

• Stating or implying that any statements you make are endorsed by us without our prior express written consent.

• Using the service in an illegal manner or committing an illegal act.

• Accessing the service from a jurisdiction where it is illegal or unauthorized.

• Soliciting or using users to conceal the identity, source, or destination of any illegally obtained money or products.

• Using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automated device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigation structure or presentation of the service or its contents.

• Uploading or transmitting software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files, or programs, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.

• Collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or unauthorized framing or linking to the service.

As a user of Chahat, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

• All activities that occur under your account

• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

• Respecting the rights and privacy of other users

• Reporting any violations or suspicious activities you encounter

We strive to provide continuous, reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PT MEGA VIBE TEKNOLOGI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT MEGA VIBE TEKNOLOGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
